Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev extended a note of condolences to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia Marat Kulakhmetov in connection with the terrorist act in Donetsk.
The note, in particular, reads:
“With deep sorrow we have received the news about the terrorist attack in Donetsk, where the barbaric strike of armed units of the Kiev regime on civilian infrastructure caused numerous casualties among the civilians.
South Ossetia, having experienced terrorist attacks by Georgia not once, strongly condemns this crime. We are convinced that the organizers and perpetrators of this inhuman action will bear the deserved punishment”.
