On July 17, as part of the visit to Managua for celebrations on the occasion of the victory of the Sandinista Revolution, a meeting was held between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Republic of Nicaragua Narim Kozaev and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua Arlette Marenco.
During the meeting Narim Kozaev congratulated the people of Nicaragua on the 44th anniversary of victory of the Sandinista Revolution and conveyed warm greetings on behalf of the people of South Ossetia.
The parties discussed the state and prospects for further development of the bilateral cooperation.
