On June 5-9, 2023, the Eighth meeting of the Joint South Ossetian-Russian Demarcation Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) was held in Tskhinval.
The Commission discussed the progress of the international legal registration of the state border between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.
The meeting was held in the spirit of open dialogue, good neighborliness and mutual understanding.
The next meeting of the Commission will be held on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Dates and venue will be agreed through diplomatic channels.
