On May 13, a joint press conference of representatives of Mothers of Beslan Association and a delegation from Italy, headed by Mauro Murgia, Representative of the South Ossetian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Italy, was held in Beslan (the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania).
Upon an invitation from Mauro Murgia, representatives of the Association of victims of terrorist attacks “Mothers of Beslan” visited Italy in April 2023.
Olesya Kadzhaeva, Head of the State Protocol Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, participated in the press conference.
