Akhsar Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, extended a congratulatory letter to Marat Kulakhmetov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia, on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
The letter, in particular, reads:
Adopted on December 12, 1993 through a nationwide voting, the Fundamental Law consolidated the core values of a democratic state and became a ground for the unity of the society as well as for preserving its national and cultural values. Today, the Russian Federation celebrates this most important date as a strong and authoritative power, which makes great contribution to maintaining international stability and security, to confronting new challenges and threats, to development of mutually beneficial, fair cooperation between members of international community.
