Ossetian mission on the Geneva International Discussions headed by Murat Dzhioev, the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia on post-conflict settlement, played host to the Co-chairmen of the Discussions, who visited the Republic on September, 16, 2014.
Issues concerning preparation for the forthcoming 29th round of the Discussions that is going to be held on October, 7-8, 2014 have been talked over.
The parties stated the importance of the discussions for maintaining security in the region and expressed hope for fruitful and constructive collaboration within the forthcoming round. The South Ossetian party emphasized once again the necessity of signing an agreement on non-use of force.
Detailed conversation on humanitarian issues including the destiny of the missing people and the citizens of South Ossetia imprisoned in Georgia took place.
After the consultation the Co-chairmen of the Discussions met with relatives of the missing citizens of South Ossetia.
