The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.
The letter, in particular, states:
