On 15 November, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev participated in the International Conference “Historical Memory of the Genocide by the Third Reich of the Peoples of the Soviet Union during the Great Patriotic War: Factology and Pseudohistory in the Formation of a Just World Order”, which was held at the South Ossetian State University named after A.A. Tibilov.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev addressed a note to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic Bassam al-Sabbagh, in connection with the Israeli military air strike on residential neighborhoods in the Mazzeh and Qudseyah districts of Damascus, which caused civilian casualties and the destruction of civilian infrastructure.

On November 8, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Russian Federation Znaur Gassiev, at the invitation from the Embassy of the Republic of Nicaragua in the Russian Federation, took part in a flower-laying ceremony conducted in memory of Father of the Sandinista People’s Revolution, Comandante Carlos Fonseca Amador.
The event timed to the 48th anniversary of the tragic death of thehero of Nicaragua was held in the Friendship Park in Moscow.
On 7 November, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev, who is on a working visit to Moscow, visited Moscow State Institute of International Relations run by the Russian Foreign Ministry, where he met with students from South Ossetia.
On 5-6 November, 2024, the Palais des Nations hosted the 62nd round of the Geneva International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia, established in accordance with Medvedev – Sarkozy agreements, dated August 12, 2008 and September 8, 2008. Delegations from the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Abkhazia, Georgia, the Russian Federation, the USA and representatives from the EU, UN, and OSCE participated in the meeting.
On November 6, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev participated in a plenary session entitled “Crimea - the outpost of Russia in the struggle for a just world order” within the framework of the Yalta International Forum-2024 (YIEF) “Friends of Crimea – Friends of Russia”, which takes place on November 6-7 in Moscow.
On 4 November, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev hosted a meeting with Head of the ICRC Mission in the Republic of South Ossetia Dragoslav Blazevich on the occasion of the completion of his mission.

On 11 October in Geneva, the United Nations Human Rights Council, with the support of the delegations of the European Union, Bulgaria, Japan, Luxembourg and Finland, adopted another resolution entitled “Cooperation with Georgia”, which contains biased statements that do not reflect reality about the so-called occupation of Georgian territories and “human rights violations… in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions of Georgia’.
