Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A. M. Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia M. M. Kulakhmetov on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“Adopted on December 12, 1993, the Fundamental Law became a firm guarantee for civil peace and harmony, the ground for democratic development of the state and the starting point for strengthening foreign and domestic policy.
The provisions laid down in the Constitution are essential for the successful development of the country, allowing for the full implementation of legislative norms and creating the necessary conditions for ensuring a decent life for the multinational Russian society.”
