The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to the ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Murat Dzhioev on the occasion of his jubilee.
The letter, in particular, reads:

Your encyclopedic knowledge, wisdom, self-control and sense of tact have ensured the well-coordinated work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia and its representative offices abroad for many years. Today, many employees and veterans of the Ministry are proud to mention your name as their Teacher and Mentor, and your professional and personal qualities are an example for new generations of the South Ossetian diplomats.”
