On October 27, the Official Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Republic of Austria, Patrick Poppel, visited the South Ossetian State University named after A. A. Tibilov, where he gave a lecture to students and teachers of the Department of Political Science and Sociology on the topic: “Public diplomacy as an important tool in modern international politics".
Poppel spoke about the features of public diplomacy as an effective solution to non-violent resolution of international conflicts, which plays a very important role in modern international relations.
At the end of the lecture, Patrick Poppel answered students' questions.
