The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Sergey Ghazaryan on the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Republic of Artsakh.
The congratulation, in particular, reads:
“Having chosen the path of freedom and independence in September 1991, having won the right to decide their own destiny in the hardest struggle, the people of Artsakh have passed a difficult path of formation and development of the Republic.
In South Ossetia, they are closely following the processes taking place around Nagorno-Karabakh and are standing out for a peaceful solution to existing issues, taking into account the opinion of the residents of Artsakh.
I wish you, Mr. Minister, all employees of the NKR Foreign Ministry and residents of Artsakh health and prosperity.”
