The South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to the Nicaraguan Foreign Minister Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres on the occasion of a significant event – the 44th anniversary of the victory of the Sandinista Revolution.
The congratulation, in particular, reads:
“The victory of the Sandinista People’s Revolution was a result of a long and bloody struggle of patriots of their country and the supporters of the idea of justice and freedom – the legendary national heroes of the Latin America, and, undoubtedly, has become the most important event, determining the further vector of development of the statehood of Nicaragua.
We will always be grateful to Comandante Ortega and the Nicaraguan people for the invaluable support, for their noble determination to recognize our country as a free independent state”.
Akhsar Dzhioev also sent a congratulatory message to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Nicaragua to the Republic of South Ossetia Alba Azucena Torres Mejia.
