The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia has sent a congratulatory message to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Act of Declaration of Independence of South Ossetia.
The congratulation, in particular, says:
