On April 25, a meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of South Ossetia, Jesus Rafael Salazar Velasquez, was held in Moscow.
The parties exchanged opinion on the perspectives of further development and deepening of relations between South Ossetia and Venezuela and agreed to continue cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
Narim Kozaev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and Zara Valieva, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Russian Federation, participated in the meeting as well.
