Commentary of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Murat Dzhioev to IA "Res" on the decision of European court on human rights of rejection of claims against Georgia

Decision of European court of rejection of citizens of the Republic of South Ossetia and relatives of Russian peacekeepers claims against Georgia is an unfair act and confirmation of unbiased attitude of this honorable European organization towards human rights.

I believe this decision is politically loaded and has a goal to close eyes on crimes committed by Saakashvili's regime against the humanity in general and against South Ossetian citizens and Russian peacekeepers in particular. This also is an attempt to disavow conclusions contained in the report of independent commission of European Union that it was Georgia who started aggression against South Ossetia. Unfortunately, such facts bias attitude of European strictures towards South Ossetia is frequent.

Such attitude can not be contributive to peace strengthening on the Caucasus.

It is difficult to imagine what would happen with Europe if after 1945 at Nuremberg process some would looking for pretexts to wreck the process.
