Commemoration events dedicated to the 4th anniversary of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez’s death are taking place in Caracas on March 5-7, 2017.
A delegation of the Republic of South Ossetia consisting of Alan Kochiev, the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia, and Narim Kozaev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, arrived in Caracas upon invitation from the authorities of Venezuela.
The delegates participated in the solemn ceremony that was organized in the Museum of the Revolution, where is the mausoleum to Comandante Chavez, on March 5.
Several meetings are scheduled for the period of the visit.
