December 6 saw Murat Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia on post-conflict settlement, hosting a meeting with Marat Kulakhmetov, Counselor of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.
Andrey Tskhovrebov, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, David Sanakoev, the State Councellor of the President, Vitalii Soshnin, Minister-Counsellor of Russian Embassy in the Republic of South Ossetia, and Oleg Borovik, Councellor of the Russian Embassy in the Republic of South Ossetia, participated in the meeting.
The agenda of the coming 38th round of the Geneva International Discussions scheduled for December 13-14 was discussed in the meeting.
In particular, the necessity of boosting activity in development of the document on non-use of force signed between Georgia and South Ossetia, situation in regions located about the state border of South Ossetia and Georgia as well as humanitarian issues were discussed in the meeting.
In addition, other issues of mutual interest were talked over.
The meeting took place in friendly surroundings.
