Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev has sent a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Iván Gil Pinto on the occasion of Venezuela's Independence Day.
The message reads, in part:
"Venezuela's history teaches that a nation's strength lies in the unity and resolve of its citizens. Today, as the country faces serious challenges — both historical and natural — the resilience, solidarity and fidelity to national ideals that the Bolivarian people have demonstrated over 215 years help it withstand any adversity."
