We regard the deliberate Ukrainian strikes on the city market in Tokmak, Zaporozhye Region, which resulted in loss of life, as an act of terrorism.
We resolutely condemn this barbaric attack, the latest in a long series of crimes committed by the Kiev regime against civilians and civilian infrastructure. This is a gross violation of international humanitarian law.
Deepest condolences are extended to the families and loved ones of the victims, with wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
