Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation M.Y. Galuzin on the occasion of his birthday.
The message, in particular, reads:
