Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory letter to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vitaly Ignatiev on the occasion of his birthday.
In his letter Akhsar Dzhioev emphasized the great contribution of Vitaly Ignatiev to strengthening friendly relations between the two states and peoples and extended wishes of strong health, well-being and further success in work.
