On October 18, a meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev with the State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus Dmitry Mezentsev was held in Moscow.
Practices of interaction and cooperation, primarily in fields of culture, education, science and sports, implemented by the Permanent Committee of the Union State, were discussed during the meeting.
