Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vitaly Ignatiev on the occasion of his birthday.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“Over many years of diplomatic service, you have proved yourself as an experienced and wise statesman, selflessly devoted to your country and people. It is impossible to overestimate your creative energy, high professionalism and political wisdom, which in a great extent are the key to the successful and effective work of the entire system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
I am convinced that notable personal and professional aptitude will continue to contribute to the strengthening of all-round cooperation between our countries and peoples.”
