Akhsar Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, addressed a note of condolence to Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Forein Affairs of the Russian Federation, in connection with the terrorist act in Kabul, which had resulted in death of members of the Russian diplomatic mission in Afghanistan.
The note, in particular, reads:
This tragic event has once again confirmed the necessity of taking urgent measures in fighting against any kinds of terrorism. It is obvious that the work in this direction have to be coordinated, principled and uncompromising.
Your Excellency, please, convey my words of sympathy and support to the families and close ones of the deceased diplomats and wishes of speedy recovery and strength to the victims.
