On the occasion of termination of his diplomatic mission as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Nicaragua in the Republic of South Ossetia, Juan Ernesto Vásquez Araya met with Andrey Tskhovrebov, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, in the Embassy of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation on March 5, 2018.
During the meeting, which was held in a friendly atmosphere, the parties highly assessed the state and the perspectives of strengthening the South Ossetian-Nicaraguan cooperation and determined further steps aimed at its development.
Having emphasized the personal contribution, made by Mr. Araya to strengthening the friendly bilateral relations and interaction between the states, Andrey Tskhovrebov decorated the Nicaraguan diplomat with the Order of Friendship, awarded under the Decree of Anatolii Bibilov, the President of the Republic of South Ossetia.
