The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia extended a congratulatory letter to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Nauru on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Nauru.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“Nauru’s statehood is based on a special national character and spirit of its people, whose historical path symbolizes the aspiration to peace, development and creation in its beautiful land.
The people of Ossetia will always remember with gratitude the invaluable support, extended by Nauru to South Ossetia through recognizing its sovereignty and independence.”
